OUR MISSION:

OUR BATTLE CRY:
Undefeated!
PROPHETIC WORD FOR 2026:
The Year of Greater Things, based on John 14:12
Pastor Cesar Herrera and his wife, Pastor Rhode Herrera, have been serving in ministry for over a decade, but they have been in ministry full-time since 2014. They have been leading S7th since 2021 until today…
WOMAN STANDING ON THE ROCK is more than a ministry; it is a movement born directly from the heart of God. Established in 2017 by Pastor Rhode Herrera, the vision was clear from the beginning: to create a global sisterhood where women of every age, background, and language could find a sanctuary of restoration. After a period of prayerful waiting, the ministry saw a powerful rebirth in 2021, marking a new chapter of divine confirmation and strengthened leadership.
Our mission is to provide a safe, intimate environment where the Holy Spirit can move freely. In this space, barriers are broken down, and every woman is invited to experience the empowering presence of God. Whether through local gatherings or immersive retreats—such as our time in the Poconos focused on carrying the “perfume” of God’s glory—we strive to ensure that every life touched by this ministry becomes a Christ-like aroma that rises to the Father.
Pastor Rhode’s deepest passion is to inspire women to cultivate a private, unshakable intimacy with the Holy Spirit. We believe that a woman’s strength is not found in herself, but in the spiritual arsenal provided by God. We equip our sisters to use:
The Word of God: As the ultimate source of truth and direction.
Worship: As a lifestyle that invites the presence of the King.
Prayer: As the direct line of communication that shifts the atmosphere. By mastering these three “weapons,” women are empowered to resist the enemy and boldly conquer the spiritual blessings and destinies that have been prepared for them.
Looking toward the future, the ministry continues to expand its reach through major initiatives like the CROWNED Women’s Conference. This vision focuses on the journey of deliverance—not only helping women find their freedom in Christ but teaching them the discipline required to keep that freedom and protect the “crown” God has placed upon their heads. Through mentorship, devotional resources, and powerful conferences, we are building a generation of women who stand firm on the Rock, unshaken by the world and fully restored in their divine purpose.
At South 7th, we believe that when men gather with purpose, the impact resonates far beyond the walls of a meeting room. Our men’s ministry is more than just a calendar event; it is a dedicated forge where character is tested, strengthened, and refined.
We provide a sanctuary where the “masks” of daily life can be set aside. Here, men have the unique opportunity to share the raw and honest testimonies of what God is doing in their lives—celebrating the victories and finding support during the seasons of struggle. It is a brotherhood built on the foundation of shared experience and a common pursuit of Christ.
Our curriculum is intentionally designed to address the specific complexities of being a man of faith in today’s world. We dive into teachings that honor both the spiritual and physical aspects of manhood, recognizing that our walk with God is inextricably linked to how we steward our bodies, our minds, and our daily responsibilities.
The ultimate goal at South 7th is to equip men to look beyond their own horizon. We focus on the legacy every man of God is called to forge—a blueprint of integrity, faith, and strength that will serve as a guide for his children, his family, and the generations yet to come. We aren’t just living for today; we are building for the future.
Beginning in 2022, Pastor Cesar recognized that the most profound ministry often happens outside the four walls of a church. He launched a grassroots initiative centered at the Iron PlayGround, a local hub where energy and community collide on the basketball court.
Understanding that a shared passion is the quickest way to build a bridge, Pastor Cesar began meeting young people exactly where they are. By trading a pulpit for a whistle and a court, he transformed a simple afternoon of basketball into a consistent opportunity for connection. To these athletes, it’s more than just a game; it’s a space where they are seen, heard, and respected.
While the focus starts with the jump ball, it quickly moves into deeper territory. Through the natural highs and lows of sports—handling a tough loss, playing as a team, and showing discipline—Pastor Cesar weaves in essential moral values. He uses the court as a living classroom to impart:
Integrity: Playing fair even when the ref isn’t looking.
Resilience: Getting back up after a hard foul or a missed shot.
Brotherhood: Supporting teammates on and off the asphalt.
At the heart of every session is a commitment to the teachings of the Bible. Between drills and games, Pastor Cesar shares timeless spiritual truths, offering the youth a “playbook” for navigating the complexities of life. This initiative isn’t just about developing better players; it’s about mentoring the next generation of men and women to lead lives rooted in faith and purpose.
